We have partnered with Stumpy Lake Golf Course, closely located to The Founders Inn and Spa. Stumpy Lake is a municipal 18 hole, 72 par golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones in Virginia Beach offering 4 sets of teeboxes for the enjoyment of golfers of all skill levels.

There are a host of other great golf courses in the Virginia Beach area and we can assit you with recommendations and tee times; one of our favourites includes the Arnold Palmer designed Signature at Westneck, which is both beautiful and challenging.
Fishing
For family fishing we consider Dockside Seafood & Fishing Center as one of our favorites. Family fishing charters, dolphin watching and bird watching are just a few of the amenities on offer in their trips. People of any experience level will enjoy fishing; the avid angler can get some practice fishing in the Atlantic while first timers will learn from veteran guides. Equipment and bait are provided with all fishing trips. Bring the whole family as kids under the age of three are always free. Reservations are essential so please inform your Reservations Agent should you wish us to assist you with your booking of a fishing trip.
