Sensible Seafood Festival 2013

The fourth annual Sensible Seafood Fest highlights the freshest of regionally-sourced, sustainable ingredients. The Sensible Seafood Fest adults-only event appeals to foodies’ taste buds as well as all who would enjoy sampling from more than 25 Sensible Seafood restaurant partners. Guests vote for their favorite dish. Swan Terrace Restaurant won last year's Sensible Seafood People's Choice Award and Executive Chef Scott Simpson will again be conducting a cooking demonstration during this year's fest.

The first Monday of every month, Executive Chef Scott Simpson opens the doors of the restaurant at 6:15pm exclusively to the 40 Mouth-Watering Monday guests. Promptly at 6:30pm, the guests receive a warm welcome from the Swan Terrace chefs and culinary team and the first course is served. Between each of the 6-courses, Chef Scott interacts with the tables and provides details about the dish and the local ingredients he selects.
