Once your application has been received, Human Resources screens your application based on your qualifications and how your schedule matches our needs. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for Human Resources to complete the process.

What happens to my application if I am not selected for interview?
If you are not selected for an interview your application is retained until the position is closed. If you become interested in another posted position at The Founders Inn and Spa, you must complete another application for that position.
Will i have to work weekends and holidays?
Yes, all positions require employees to be available to work weekends and holidays.
