Sunday Brunch

Join us in the Swan Terrace for our award-winning Sunday Brunch Buffet, our signature culinary event in Virginia Beach, while enjoying music from our resident pianist. This lovely event includes a glass of mimosa, a feast of the freshest seafood and a carving station, locally grown fruits and vegetables, and deleictable desserts.

Tuscan Nights

Every Tuesday in our Swan Terrace Grill, replaces our normal Swan Terrace menu offerings.  An all you can eat  buffet featuring delicious menu items, derived from authentic recipes featuring the Tuscan Region of Italy.  We will rotate new items into sections of the buffet each week.  Enhance your enjoyment of our buffet by adding a glass or bottle of Chianti, Pinot Grigio or Prosecco.

Beer Pairing Dinner Featuring O’Connor Beers

Join us on August 5th at 6:00 PM. Call 757.366.5111 for reservations. For $49.95, you will get to savor an amazing four-course meal made with locally grown ingredients complete with 4 different beers from O’Connor’s. All guests will also get a complimentary pilsner glass. The dinner will include:

• First Course - Wild Alligator Sausage Stew with an array of fresh root vegetables and an O’Connor Red Nun Ale reduction with fresh house made Herb Polenta Triangles.

• Second Course – Proscuitto Wrapped Prawns on a bed of Arugula topped with crumbled Goat Cheese from our local Shady Farms Partner and served with house made O’Connor’s Green Can Golden Ale Dressing. Paired with O’Connor’s Green Can Golden Ale.

• Third Course – Chef Darren’s Seafood Bouillabaisse featuring Baby Squid, Jumbo Shrimp, Fresh Scallops, Lobster, Mako Shark, Fresh Mussels and Heirloom tomatoes in an El Guapo Agave IPA reduction. Paired with O’Connor’s El Guapo Agave IPA.

• Fourth Course – Summer Strawberry Napoleon with white chocolate pound cake and local fresh picked Pungo strawberries. Topped with a lemon curd flavored fresh cream and dusted with Toasted Coconut. Paired with O’Connor’s Dry Irish Stout (ODIS) beer.
